12 hours spent with no real diagnosis. I’ve been seen for similar issues in other areas that have two times the amount of people being seen and the time with all labs and imaging was between 2- 5 hours . Then the staff, please don’t get me started . No one came to tell me that the findings of any of the imaging til two surgeons showed up . Highly unacceptable.

First of all... there was 1 person in the waiting room when I got there. Worst experience ever!!!! I was taken back quickly but then I Was left to sit in a room for 2 hours and no one can in to check on me for anything. I finally called and asked for some water. The nurse never brought it... I finally scooped up water from the sink facet in my hand so I could take my medicine. Then IV busted when they attempted to do CT scan and blood was everywhere ...down my arm and on the floor. RecommendedWas seen today due to a motor accident I had to wait seven hrs to be seen by Nicholas Brandon MD , Amy Gilleland MD and Hannah RN and they was super nice was VERY compassion and check to make sure I was ok Gilleland went out her way to make sure I had my medicine to get well I really appreciate what they did because I was very Shaken up by my accident.
