I don’t understand how you call a patient at 4:30pm just before you get ready to close and tell them their surgery can’t be done the next day at 9:00am. Claiming that they did not get the approval they needed for authorization. That’s something the patient should have known early morning. The patient prepped all day just for surgery just to get called and say they can’t do it tomorrow. Get rid of using hospitalists and residents
Very unacceptable and unprofessional . Had to wait 6 hours with my fiancee and people came in after us and got pick up before us
They take forever to get to you, you can be real sick and it’ll still take forever for you to be seen, they don’t care at all!
