Ecotrus have transformed a dead and dusty loft space into a light and spacious room, at a better price than the other loft conversion companies we approached. We used EcoTrus for our loft conversion and couldn’t be happier. They came up for 3 days and did everything and more they said they would. Great team who were very knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. Really impressed with the system and what it’s done for our home. My brother has already booked for his to be done too! I am extremely pleased with my Deluxe loft conversion and the whole experience from start to finish. The process was smooth, efficient, and completed to a very high standard. The quote was provided the same day I reached out, and they were able to fit me in quickly, which I really appreciated. The communication throughout the project was exceptional. EcoTrus have been brilliant. We had a little mix up with scheduling but the team were quick to respond and produce a new plan that fitted in with our schedules. Throughout the work, we have been kept up to date with progress, and I'm really pleased with the service provided. Absolutely shocked at the lack of care and manners from this company, Jason was due to visit me for a quote, no show despite arranging a date 3 weeks ago. No email, no text, no voicemail, no calls to apologise for the no show. When asking what happened I was told "he forgot|" and that I was a difficult customer for chasing his whereabouts!!!???? The tone of emails is atrocious, I waited at home for 2 hours, moving several meetings and rearranging childcare? If they can't even turn up to meetings and the staff are so rude I c... read more
