Customer Service Nightmare My personal experience didn't turn sour until I started to sign their paperwork. Please, request someone other than HANK from the finance department. From the very beginning of the encounter, he WAS A DISASTER....Long story short, 3 months after I signed the dotted line, I am still dealing with the lazy and incomplete paperwork filings of this gentleman...
Beware of add ones and if posible arrange your financing before you buy. If you are a member of a credit union use it.

As a woman car buyer I know that it is difficult to get a salesman to listen and care about what you need in a car. This purchase was not one that I wanted to make as I loved my BMW that I had to trade. John made a difficult time for me a much more pleasant one due to his treating me with kindness and respect. Go Somewhere Else If I could put 0 Stars I would. In the past I have purchased 4 cars with this dealership (3 with one very good and honest salesperson who has since left). I recently purchased my 4th (and last) vehicle with Economy Honda. It is a 2006 Odyssey. Great price, low miles, but one thing they failed to mention, 2 broken motor mounts. Beware of Hidden Fees! – I wish I could give no stars. $599 for doc fees and another $99 for something called "footprint" fee. No way!! I bought the exact same car at another dealership. Same year, SAME CAR - saved $4,000!! and it came with brand new tires. Don't make a mistake. Shop prices AND fees. I do not recommend this dealership at all!

Good experience buying at Economy Honda Good experience purchasing our used '05 Honda Pilot. After having a baby we knew we needed something bigger to fit our needs so after shopping around we ended up at Economy Honda. The process was fairly quick and easy and we have been happy with our decision. The staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy.
