Customer Service Nightmare My personal experience didn't turn sour until I started to sign their paperwork. Please, request someone other than HANK from the finance department. From the very beginning of the encounter, he WAS A DISASTER....Long story short, 3 months after I signed the dotted line, I am still dealing with the lazy and incomplete paperwork filings of this gentleman...
Go Somewhere Else If I could put 0 Stars I would. In the past I have purchased 4 cars with this dealership (3 with one very good and honest salesperson who has since left). Good experience buying at Economy Honda Good experience purchasing our used '05 Honda Pilot. After having a baby we knew we needed something bigger to fit our needs so after shopping around we ended up at Economy Honda. The process was fairly quick and easy and we have been happy with our decision. The staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy.
Honda Heaven I purchased my last two vehicles from this store. The first was used and the second was new. They have great financing options and they give a fair trade value. I will buy my next vehicle from them for sure.
Very Impressed I was very pleased with the service that the salesmen and financial department offered at Economy Honda Superstore. I did a lot of research online before visiting dealerships and no one compared to their prices and selection. I was never pushed or rushed to make a decision while I was on the dealership's lot. The salesman listed to my needs and worked with me to get all of them met. I would definitely encourage anyone to visit and purchase from this dealership.

Honda CRV After much research we chose to go with a Honda CRV bc they are well made and long lasting vehicles. We purchased an older one but with the extended warranty. Not three days later the check engine light came on and that scared me to death thinking we made a huge mistake:( Economy Honda fixed the car at no cost to us and assured me they would take care of us! So far it's been a GREAT vehicle and my husband loves it!
Economy Cheats the Defenseless HI just want to tell you a little story... Last night as I and my mother were driving to my part time job to clean a academy in town. I saw a lady with child in the middle of the road in a blue 93 Honda. I turned around and offered to push her (I'm a Christian in school to become a Pastor) into the gas station on Bonny Oaks.
