Great Dealer This Dealership is amazing, from the time I bought my car and every service since then they have blown me away with great service. I have always been treated fairly and with respect. They have always lived up to my personal expectations. I will never purchase my cars or service anywhere else as long as I live in Chattanooga. A++++ experience here.
Express Service is Great. I get my oil changed on my civic at their Express Center every time. It's cheaper than any other place out there, and they check my battery, top off the fluids, and run it through the car wash. It usually takes under an hour, and there are snacks and drinks, as well as wi-fi. They're honest too, and don't hit me up for services I don't need like other places. Bad Service all around Where to begin. I bought an 08 Accord from here in 08. It was a "certified" Honda. My brakes went bad very quick after the service dept constantly telling me there was nothing wrong with it. When my husband took it they all the sudden figured out that the brakes were bad and replaced them free of charge only because I kept my paperwork from previous trips. THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING THERE I bought Lincoln Navigator for 35k plus. On third day I went back, as the SUV had horrible tobacco smell specially if you keep windows closed for some time. This was not very apparent on the first day when I purchased the vehicle. I waited for an hour only to be told to come back after couple of hours again. Reputable Honda Dealership I first visited Economy Honda when shopping for a used Honda. Their used cars are all on a lot together and it was convenient to be greeted by a sales person in the lot and have them direct us to the type of car we were looking for. The lot was clean and all the cars were very well maintained. We were sent on a test drive without any problem and the salesman that helped us was very helpful, but not pushy. Good Experience I just bought a car @ Economy Honda and had a great time. My salesperson didn't pressure me and the sales manager actually acted as though I was important to him. I had such a good time. As a young woman, it was nice to feel as though I was taken seriously. I got a good deal and I love my Civic!
Happy customer I am new in town and I tired their service dept for the first time and I found them to be very helpful and friendly. My car was ready on time and under budgeted price. Will go back there next time for sure!
Never again. It is too bad this dealership doesn't remember that the way to make money is to make your customers happy. I went in to trade in my car for another one, and specified that I wanted to finance through Honda Finance again. So, I thought that was exactly what they were doing. Best Dealership in Chattanooga !!! I went into the dealership, after being to several others looking for a new vehicle. The salesman came out quickly and went out of his way to help me with my purchase and the whole time i never felt pushed or rushed.
