Friendly Service Great service experience. Picked up a gigantic nail in my rear passenger tire and thought I would have to get the tire replaced or spend all day waiting on it. Service dude was friendly, I had a cup of free coffee and checked my email (free wifi) and they were able to patch my tire and get me back on the road. Maybe 30 minutes in the store with no prior appointment. Kudos to Chris and the rest of the Service team!
DO NOT EVER SHOP FROM HERE. I would give this place negative stars if I could. This place is an absolute joke. 1st they wont discuss pricing over the phone at all. Then they’re phone reps wont even call you back. Drove 2hrs to the dealership only for a 41,700 MRSP to turn into 56,000. Then the sales will stomp off like a little child when someone won’t agree to their ridiculous amount. 1st things 1st, Stephanie Kroll (Sales & Leasing Specialist) was the most honest car sales individual I've personally run into. Not only that, she really knew her stuff and was extremely attentive. I have purchased a few cars in my live and this experience was BY FAR the best. 2nd, the car I purchased was fairly priced and in excellent condition. 3rd, the financing guy, and owner were pleasant as well.
