Aaron is great asset to this company! What an experienced butcher. He took so much time with my son Adam on 3 occasions, to pick out the perfect racks of ribs and brisket, for our barbeque competitions. He has shared his knowledge of meat and butchering, and Adam has shared barbeque techniques. It is truly appreciated.

Meal was amazing & the service was above & beyond! My husband & I have both worked in the service industry for years, and I can honestly say that we have never experienced anything like this...Our server Ricky was incredible! Will definitely be heading back to see them...
My new favorite place to eat. The food is amazing and the customer service is first class.
We are from out of town, ended up having dinner here with a local friend, which was AMAZING, and we just couldn't believe the level of service!!! We had to come back the next day for their brunch and was not disappointed in the least! I would recommend to anyone traveling to Vegas as well as any locals that haven't been here, you have to check it out!! As always. The experience at Echo and Rig was amazing. The service was excellent from our favorite server Samuel. Very knowledgeable and attentive. Food as always was amazing. I had the brisket.... highly recommend the brisket and just have them give the steak knife to someone who really needs it because you won't need it. And what can I say about Derek Scharadin, the assistant general manager always making the rounds but spending as much time as necessary with you to make you feel as if you are the most important customers.... read more

The service deserves more than 5 stars! Be sure to say hi to the hostess Ariana, request Ricky as your server and get a warm welcome from one of the managers, Derrick. The amazing food was a great bonus to the excellent service! Oh, and start with the smoked bacon with their house made bbq sauce!!!
Our dear friend Christopher told us this is a must when in vegas. So i took my BF for his 50th bday. The service was outstanding. Everyone bent over backwards to make not just us but all customers comfortable. Now we get to my favorite part.... FOOD! We thought we were in haven. Being from NY we had it all... So we thought.. From appetizers to desert it just got better. Their wine selection is awesome n just FYI no one can eat the entire 28oz T-bone except a TREX!
