Just fabulous. The onion and butternut squash soup was outstanding. Flatiron steak scrumptious, and the salted caramel ice cream sundae was the very very best. Thanks to Robert and staff our dinner was spectacular .
1st experience tonight at echo and rig. Choose this place to celebrate our anniversary dinner. Was very happy we did. Had a great sever Ramon. Even though he was very busy he was also very engaging. We started with the Brussels and butchers sausage. Both really good. I had the black spaghetti which was recommended by the hostess that sat us. Wow, one of the best things I've had in a while! My wife and I spent our 5th year anniversary here. I must say the staff and food were a class act. Chef Jason Reynolds prepare a special dinner that we will remember for ever.
