Excellent Service from the Moment We walked in. Our Waiter was very knowledgeable and Helpful. Have never felt more Special at any other Restaurant. Excellent meal too! Loved the Tomato Watermelon salad. Interesting combination I will try to make at home. This was My first visit From California to Echo & Rig. Nice to Venture away from the Strip, I will be back.
It's hard to beat a good steak and it looks like they have a good choice.

We ate until we couldn't eat any more! Walked in about 15 minutes until close and they were curious and kind. The food was to die for. I literally had to stop myself from eating. Great service, beautiful place, even had salt scrub in the ladies bathroom! Definitely telling everyone and coming back!
The food is good, but I cannot base my review on the food alone-\-\it's about the experience, which Echo & Rig failed to deliver. The hostesses immediately set a bad tone when we walked in the door. I've worked in the food business before, and I am fairly certain the hostesses and manager running the hostess station were practicing preferential seating.
