Went tonight for my birthday with my mother and 2 daughters...EASILY the best dining experience I can remember! Our waiter, Nick, was not only very insightful regarding every dish, but he was fun, too. We will definitely recommend Echo & Rig to anyone asking for a great place to eat..and we will return many times...the menu was soooo tempting!
It was my birthday on Saturday and I decided to come here for dinner. I was dining alone. I walked in and was not greeted with even the vaguest semblance of warmth. Just a fake half smile by the two hostesses. I asked for a table for one, to which they replied "Uh, ok..." and told me it would be 30-40 minutes - but - I could wait in the bar. By far this is the best place in Las Vegas. The food is excellent. Thank you Jennifer for the excellence service. Everything we ordered was melt in your mouth perfect. We live in Missouri but can not wait until our next visit. If you have not dined at Echo & Rig, you are missing out.

Echo & Rig is a priceless undiscovered gem in the gold city for food that is Las Vegas. Food 5/5 The food here is fantastic with everything well seasoned and super flavorful. We had : * Rainbow salad 5 flavorful * Watermelon cucumber salad 5 * Spencer 4.5 cooked perfectly great mushroom sauce * Caramel ice cream 5 Service 5/5 To say service is a 5 of possible 5 is an understatement. Amazing food...even better service! We had a great dinner here and highly recommend the portobello fries and cauliflower for sides/apps! Ask for Nick. Amazing waiter!
The service is above and beyond my expectations by far. The food was incredible, and the managers frequented the table to make sure the experience and the food was amazing! Thank you Derek and Xavier, and my friend Sean Tessin for the advice for our 4th wedding anniversary dinner. PERFECT!!!
