The food was great! We had a lamb and steak entree. Both were delicious. We started off with a platter of oysters that were great, and an appetizer of portobello mushroom fries - yummy! Only choice for dessert are sundaes. They should add more dessert choices, but I will say all of our food was great. As far as seating, we had reservations, and it was very hot last night. If you eat here, make sure to check your bank account/credit card statement once your full amount (including tip) clears. We ate here on 5/22/16 for our anniversary and left the waiter Jessie a generous $15.70 tip and he decided to give himself $20 when he closed our check out for the night. Yes, it's only a $4.30 difference, but it's ILLEGAL. I'm sure he thinks people are drinking and spending a lot of money to eat there so no one will notice. We had dinner here this week after being enticed by Echo & Rig's beautiful Facebook pictures. The hostess was very friendly and when we were seated we were greeted by the general manager, Derek Scharadin. Immediately we felt comfortable and welcomed. Celebrated a milestone tonight at this, my favorite Las Vegas steakhouse. Nicholas, our waiter, was outstanding; made great recommendations and was very knowledgeable about how the meat and vegetable were sourced. As a health coach, I appreciate that this place concerns itself with sustainability, high quality, grass fed, pasture sourced, non-GMO foods. Worth the investment.
The food is amazing, and so delicious.. Come hungry and make sure you all order something different so you can taste it all!
The service was terrible and food was the same, I've tried it twice now and never again ! You think maybe you catch them on an off night, But not twice !
