Had a fantastic steak dinner here. They are one of the few restaurants that serve aka ushi beef which is a special type of beef bred from japanese cows that does not have saturate fat. All of its fats are unsaturated. The most tender flavorful skirt steak and impeccable service. Its also called heartbrand beef and its fantastic.
The service was perfect from start to finish. Everyone in our party of four was treated like royalty. The food was spot on. I have spent twice as much money at other places, and not had as nice of a meal as last night. Well done everyone.

This is my first time ever writing any sort of review ever, but this place is so good I had to. From the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left.. the service was truly exceptional. My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary and each person that came into contact with us acknowledged it. The salmon was ahhhmazing. The Hubs got the filet and his only complaint is that he couldn't stop eating! The chips that came with his dish were to die for.. fresh and crisp, so good! We love Echo & Rig. The food is excellent and the wine selection is wonderful. Bonus points for no corking fee and allowing us to bring our fine wine selections for special occasions. Great staff and the patio is a great choice to sit.
Meh sub par, go to the capitol grill or lawreys, you'll enjoy it,much better
Excellent service, incredible food.... the steak is the BEST I've ever eaten, definitely melts in your mouth, and the sides are remarkable! I fell in love with the cigar lamb.... the cauliflower, fried spinach salad and the Mac-n-Cheese! "This is by far my NEW FAVORITE restaurant" Once you have EXPERIENCED Echo & Rig, you'll want to share it with your friends, again and again !
With consistently amazing service and incredible food, Echo and Rig is by far the best dining experience I have ever had.
