I lost a stone from my wedding band & asked if they could repair. Straight away said yes & to drop it into store. Really reasonable pricing & a quick turn around. But I was most impressed with how they had also cleaned my ring & freshened it up too included in the price of the repair. My wedding band looks cleaner now than when I bought it! I will definitely be booking to drop in my engagement ring too for cleaning & have been spreading the word to family & friends already on how fantastic Ebony were! Thank you.

Beautiful shop and there’s loads of choice ranging from beautiful antique/ vintage pieces to brand new modern day rings that can be made to order! Lovely family run staff and the goldsmith upstairs did and unbelievable job fixing my mothers ring! Really impressive work!

Dropped in a small pendant to have the ring resized and was given a collection date. Came back and it wasn’t ready, given two further dates and on third attempt it was there but with a note to say much of the gold plate had come off and needed replacing so it wasn’t actually ready…then get given more collection dates, none of which materialise each time I headed in.
