Love this gym! The small group PT sessions strike the perfect balance between personal attention and team energy. The coaches are super supportive and make every session challenging, fun & full of good vibes. It’s such a great way to start (or end!) the day.
Great team running Format Fitness. Really enjoy the sessions. I have no regrets signing up after quite a break from any kind of exercise. They make all ages, shapes and sizes feel welcome. If you are totally new to weight training or any kind of fitness you will be made to feel very welcome…
If you're looking to work out in an intimate setting then Format Fitness is the place for you. The space is great and the personal trainers are really nice, knowledgeable and patient, but will challenge you to reach your goals. I love the atmosphere that the trainers and other members bring. Since starting in October 2023 my strength resilience and confidence has improved significantly. I have made a huge amount of progress and for that I'm truly grateful.
Having been away from the gym for around 7 years (2 young kids hadn't left me with much time to concentrate on myself!), I was nervous about my comeback. I needn't have worried! Ben immediately put me at ease and said I'd be amazed what my body would remember from my previous gym experience! He wasn't wrong. I've been a member for over a year. The sessions are a great mix of training and follow a schedule that helps you progress over time. The small classes are tailored and give you an opportunity to push yourself. The gym has a really nice community and all the trainers are excellent.
