I have messaged and called 3 times in regards to rescheduling a payment or changing my payments from bi-weekly to monthly... either they have agreed to the new request and still take out payments theyre not supposed to and they dont answer you for 3 weeks. Worst location ever.

If I could give the 0 stars I would. Even after I paid off my loan I full they still were taking money from my account. Do not trust them they sell you this dream of the loan and that you’ll be able to pay it off in a long stretch when in reality you’ll end up paying triple and still owe. If you don’t believe me take the loan you have with them and the interest and the duration and add it all up and see.
