Very unhappy with service and follow-up from owner not returning calls!!!!
I got a great deal on exactly the car I wanted, 17 Golf Alltrack. The car was ready when I arrived to pick it up. Clean and full of fuel. All the Eastside employees were great. My salesman, MacKenzie Mayfield took the time to go over the entire vehicle and could not have been nicer. I highly recommend this dealership and MacKenzie.
Our experience at Eastside Mazda was excellent!! Our salesman Nick Myles was an excellent salesman ! We leased a Cx5 and we love it! I hate car shopping but Nick made it a pleasurable experience!!
I leased my first VW Tiguan with Eastside and they were extremely helpful during the process of me trying to decide which car I wanted. My salesman really took the time to ask me questions about what I liked and didn't like in previous cars I've had to help me to realize exactly what I wanted. They traded in my previous lease for me so I wouldn't have to deal with that.
