I drove an hour and a half to test drive. When l got there I was told car was unavailable. And coincidentally the person I set appointment with ( ED DAVIS) went home sick. Probably hiding in back room. He never texted me that car was unavailable. We had been in contact. No apologies from anyone. Very unprofessional. DO NOT Go TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!

We had an appointment this morning for a safety recall for a Takata Airbag. Upon arriving, we were told that the part was not in. If Eastside VW was interested at all in customer service, someone would have called us to save us the trip and the wasted time. Replacing the airbag is VW's mistake, and we were inconvenienced even further this morning.
My experience at Eastside Mazda was an absolute pleasure! My fiancé and I decided to lease a Mazda CX-5 touring with all its amazing features. Not to mention its attractive look! Went there yesterday after a very bad service at another dealership. Every one was super nice and helpful. From my salesperson Ed and Brian to the rest of the staff. It was a great experience and I love my cx5.
