We have come to Eastside for the 3 rd time because their staff is so great, especially Sandy in sales . Always a great experience .

This was the best experience I have had leasing a car. Everyone at Eastside Mazda made it easy and quick. The staff gives excellent customer service. There service department is the best I have ever brought any car too. From the cashiers to sales to finance manger its a class operation. I highly recommend Eastside Mazda Volkswagen. I love my new CX-3. It is the perfect compact SUV.
On our second lease from Eastside Mazda and they are fantastic. They give you the red carpet treatment from start to finish. Everyone you encounter treats you like you are the most important customer they have. They bend over backwards to make sure you are 100% satisfied. You never feel like you are a bother- even the smallest details and concerns are important to them that customers may have. You cannot go wrong here.
I reached out to Eastside VW because I had an experience with the other VW that's was not so good. I met Mackenzie at Eastside and he helped me and my aunt out of my lease early and put me into a new one. I so appreciate Brian in finance and Mackenzie was the best and he was so patient and very honest. I will never go anywhere else. I will also b bring my daughter here when the time comes. Love them.
I recently leased my 4th. VW Convertible Beetle from Eastside. They are the best dealership. Everyone is super considerate every time I visit. My sales agent is the best. She takes the time to make sure you are exceptionally happy with your vehicle. When going into the service department everyone wants to make sure your comfortable while there. The show room and lounge to wait in our pleasant to relax in. My recommendation to family and friends is to check them out for the best vehicles.
My son found this car online. He is starting college next week and needed a reliable car to use for his commute. He loves his car (Ford Focus)! Our salesman (Nolan) was very helpful and polite. No pressure to buy the extras. I said no thank you and we moved right on to financing the car. This part went well also.
