I will never go anywhere else. I picked out the car I wanted, told the salesman what I expected the payment to be and no higher. I typically hate car shopping, it's probably the worst thing I could think of to do. It's an all day process that sucks the life right out of you. However, MacKenzie at Eastside made it so much better. I didn't feel pressured, I didn't feel like just another face. Beginning with great people, this dealership is the best in Cleveland. The cars they represent are the best in there class. I would not go anywhere else. When you are want to be treated like a friend, this is the place to go. I will not go anywhere else.
Started at Eastside buying a used Kia for my then 16 year old, went on to buy myself a new Mazda CX5 and then another CX5 for my daughter. After years of shady service at so many other dealerships I am so happy to have found Eastside. Great service, great people and great vehicles! Win, win win.
Nolan was awesome! This is my second Volkswagen and everyone at Eastside was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I was starting to get a little hangry and they came through with some sandwiches from their company lunch!!
