Dishonest and Predatory in business. Came in with a check engine light ran diagnostics said I needed new turbo charger and wanted $6,000+ for the job. Charged me $300 for diagnostics. Went to a different shop after I said no to the repair and asked if the sales department call about the vehicle and buying it. (RED FLAG). Took to another shop $800 repair for a valve on the turbo charger. Beware theses dishonest people. The service shop is trash don’t waste your money.
Service department is great, and the manager was so kind and helpful! Definitely will continue coming to Eastside VW for service and will be buying yet another VW from them in the future!
I just went in to change my specialty wheel locks to a standard and these guys were so nice! Everyone I interacted with was so pleasant and professional. I wish I knew the service rep’s name. That was who I spoke with initially, then he directed me to Eric at the service desk who was so nice and helpful, then the gentleman at the parts desk whom I shared a few laughs with he was so nice as well! I took someone else there to fix their car. Now Im going back for my own vw.
