If no stars were an option that’s what I would have picked. WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Went there for a specific car to purchase for my 16yr old birthday, left to go get him and they sold it to someone else!

This is my forth Mazda and I have been coming to this dealership for almost 30 years. After having two Detroit lemons in a row, I swore off American cars and got my first Mazda. I couldn't believe the difference not only in the quality and reliability of the car but of the customer service from the dealer and Mazda. The finance dept does not take care of their business like they are suppose to, they lack in costumer service. They say they will do anything to make our customers happy, they why aren't you all doing your job... Then want to talk foolishly to you

We leased a CX5 for the 2nd time from Eastside Mazda. Love our sales person, Sandy, and have been very happy with the service department. They give you 100% of their time and attention and make you feel like "you matter". If you are looking for a new vehicle, try Eastside!!!
