Ehrlich is the most thoroughly unprofessional company I have dealt with. During my first inspection after they took over from a local company, the inspector spent most of his time trying to sell me additional services even though there was no evidence that I needed them. My second annual inspection has yet to take place after three reschedules. Had enough. Never show up as promise and no phone call. Deducted there money out of my account and continue to deduct money even though i cancelled my service.

One star is because the single treatment they did ($280) was not effective, and they have failed to respond to my telephone inquiry and an email through their website. I had good experiences with ***** in Bay Village; this appears to be a different branch, or they have forgotten customer service. I moved into a new condo (yr built 1925) and had seen various insects including many ants in the basement. So scammed and disappointed in this company. I have been a loyal customer for twenty years! They have little to no care for rodent control even though they advertise as such and I pay them for this service. Over the years I have paid over 40 k at least in damages from moths and rats. I have a clean house. But apparently many rat entrances. I live in laurel canyon. They have been negligent, uncaring, causing repeated mild but damaging infestation. THIS HAS TO BE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND ALSO CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN THE 43 YEARS I HAVE BEEN ALIVE. Not only do they not do the work they promise to do , their techs lie on service reports. I caught a technician in Feb of 2020 on home security cameras arriving at my house and leaving in less than 2 minutes time and then lying on a service report saying he was at my home for 35 minutes performing seasonal service. Horrible, horrible customer service from the office staff. I've call numerous times trying to modify my service due to pests still lingering and etc. No one ever calls back. What prompted me to log on today is that I called from a problem with pest, the girl on the phone told me that it was not covered under the VIP package. She also told me that the pest control only covers a certain part of your house; which makes no sense at all. She told me I needed an inspector. They quote one price and bill another, add services not requested, and ignore requests or delay/dodge requests to fix their errors. We were never given a contract except for an unsigned copy via e-mail, yet they sent 2 forged signature contracts with multiple duplicate billings to the loan company.

I have no problem with the service technicians. Have used their services for my current home and the prior one. They put out and maintain termite traps. My problem is with their billing office. They seem incapable of posting my payments. I pay quarterly and mail them a check which clears the bank the same month I am billed. I then get a late notice the next month.
