Our HOA signed a termite bond contract with them for the entire subdivision. They never provided anyone on the board or any resident with a copy of the contract. We only know that they provide termite protection services and have responsibility to repair damages if termites infest the house. Their contract specifically excludes water damage as an out for them if termites came in with water damage to a home. This may be standard within the industry. We did not sign a contract with the Active Pest Control company, and we clearly told they that we did not need their service. The thing it that, the previous home owner signed a contract and paid one more service for us in 2021. However, the company never come to do any service. The most unprofessional interaction I've had with a business in quite some time. I have rental properties under the management of real estate team. One of my houses sold and the management company set up an inspection to get a termite letter for closing. Unfortunately, the information was submitted to Active with my contact information. **BUYER BEWARE** 1 Star is way too generous. Active Pest Control comes out monthly to service both front and back yard. For the last two months, Active has only serviced the front yard without making any attempts to treat the back yard. I called last month requesting to speak to a manager. No one called back. On Nov 12, the tech came out and repeated the same action as last month by only treating the front. If I could give them a zero*or a -10*I would do that. I purchased a termite package for years ago. They did not put the stations in correctly. They came back out to correct that mattered within the first year. However I now have termites in my home. They came back out and dug a ditch around my house and poured the chemicals. I did not know the rules of the stations to be 10 to 15 feet apart. I am very disappointed with the management and customer service in LA county (Van Nuys city) location. Manager Andy is a scammer. I was sent a service technician to service the house and remove rodents and the service guy showed up on for Andy to tell me there will be additional fees even though the service is covered under my membership umbrella. Scammer! Watch out!

Randy came out and took care of our bee infestation. He was professional, quick and obviously LOVED what he does! Great guy with a great sense of humor! He took care of the problem and even went into our crawlspace to completely take care of the problem. Gave us piece of mind knowing the bees are gone!

I stopped doing business with this company after two visits. When I contacted them about service my pest problem they explained their charges and come to find out what they told me was not what they did. I was told the first visit was a certain amount and if I have them back later the charge would be approximately 50.00 a visit. The first visit was over $200.00 with the tax and then any subsequent visit would be the $50 plus tax. Had a termite inspection for 7/30 for a 2pm to 4pm inspection no call no show, contacted them 2 times to find out if the inspector was going to show up and no luck, finally was reschedule for 7/31 for a 2pm to 4pm and same no call or show costumer service could not reach the inspector, contacted them again today 8/2 and same issue can not get a hold of inspector, in my opinion looks like they don't want your business.
