I hate that I had to even give a one. They kept sending me bills even though I had already paid. Every time I call, I am on hold for a minimum of 32 minutes. They scheduled 2 different appointments with us and I called because they didn't show up for the first one. They insisted they did. I asked if they could have done the inspection without ringing the door bell. They said no, because they would have had to have access to the basement. I previously used their service on my property with little issue. We switched to a less expensive and local provider several of our neighbors have been happy with. Two weeks...TWO weeks after cancelling we had our bank account charged with an auto-payment. I was not happy. This company is the worst! Was always happy with Allgood, but as soon as they were bought out by Active things turn a quick downward spiral. Suddenly I had bugs in my house! I cancelled them for pest control, but am stuck with them for my termite inspections until my contract expires. Received an email asking me to respond with several dates/times for them to come out and do the termite inspection. I paid for rodent exterminator and my problem had not been resolved.
I set an appointment and the technician never showed up??? I followed up and spoke with 4 different customer service representatives, each of them very apologetic. I was promised each time that I would receive a call back by either a manager or supervisor. No one has returned my call as of yet! This is the worst experience ever dealing with a company that wants me to pay for their service. All I want is for my rodent problem to be taken care of. Hire this company at your own risk!!!

On 10/11/2021, I signed a contract with Rentokil North America o provide lawn care services for the year 2022. I made a total advance payment for 2022 services on that date in the amount of $325.37 by personal check. Said check cleared my bank on 10/21/21. I January of 2022, Rentokil discontinued there lawn care service and transferred there client list to another company (Senske Services in Kennewick,WA). I was a long term, very satisfied customer of Allgood Pest Control until recently, when Active Pest Control bought Allgood Pest Control. My regular pest control specialist (Dave) showed up like clockwork every 3 months during the 2-hour window provided by Allgood. Dave was almost like family as he remembered the names of my dogs and provided them with treats upon arrival. Requested service for a pest issue only. Salesman tried to sell us a monthly program that included service for insects as well, etc. We said might be interested and would look at the information but never signed up or agree to the service. We've been charged for two months now. We continue to call and call and call to get the charges stopped and credited to no avail. Rentokil is not worth even one star. I have had issues with this company since it bought out the local company I was using. Most recently, I received multiple bills in varying amounts for the same service. Even though I call the customer service number and am assured that I have no outstanding balance, the bills keep coming. I have no confidence in Presto-X, Rentokil, or any other name with which they may be associated and am cancelling service.
