After waiting five weeks for fascia board repair, one representative showed up at my home only to inform me that he needed a second person to do my repairs. He was scheduled to work at my home for 1.5 days and then left after one hour. The inspector who came to my property to sell me pest control services was more concerned about selling services than scheduling the right amount of staff to carry out the repairs. I called Western Exterminator to make an appointment for the person to come out and do an annual check of the cylinders around the house. I Ilike to go with the person they send out to look at the cylinders and they determine which ones need to be replaced. I was told by Josh that the cylinders had been checked on Sunday morning. We are not home on Sunday morning and I went around our house and the cylinders still had rocks covering them. No one had inspected the cylinders. When we signed up to have bird protection put on our roof, because so many big birds were coming there. Salesperson told us it would take 2 days and 2 men to do the job. It took 1 man, 6 hours to do the job. He broke tiles, didn’t finish what we were told he would do. Said he would come back to finish, never did. Charged us $2,100. 00. This company gets no stars. I canceled my service last year. They were supposed to return my payment(s),but still have not. They say it's due to Covid, but they had no trouble taking it out of my account, so why not electronically give it back? I have reached out to their contacts MULTIPLE times, and all I've gotten is the run around and no refund. Last year, worked with a Brian and he was wonderful. I am under contract and have not had a serious problem until recently. Now I have major ants and called for service, called and service tech came 05/05/2021 sprayed inside and out, most sightings near kitchen sink, surprise this morning, THEY ARE BACK! This is not a good company and I can not recommend them. I called them in Feb 2020 and they came out to do one inspection and I signed up for quarterly inspections and COVID hit. I called them to cancel and they placed my account instead on HOLD (3 months) and then started billing me in July. I called them again and stated that I had asked to be cancelled. We used this service for more than 20 years. In May 2020, they twice failed to show for scheduled appointments. We switched to another pest control company. In June 2020, they billed us for the May 2020 service call which never occurred. They failed to respond to numerous phone calls and emails to correct this erroneous billing. In October 2020 they billed us for a September 2020 service call which, once again, never happened. This company is totally a joke. Since the first time I hired them to spray for spiders and some other animals in my entire house and I ask if they do attic and rooms before I hired them they said yes and that they spray everything and when the exterminator came they only did my exterior house and my basement and when I ask him if he was going to do my Attic and rooms they came with a excuse that they don't do Attic, rooms or closets.
