RecommendedAll the doctors and staff are genuinely invested in helping with the care of your pets. From beginning to end, they are there. I recently lost my senior rescue and I cannot thank them enough for their support. The extended hours are more of a bonus than I can explain. As a pet owner, you work hard so you can take care of them. Being able to come and go after work is a blessing.
We moved from CT and were very worried about finding a great Vet like we had back home. East West has exceeded our expectations. The doctors and staff are always pleasant, knowledgeable, take excellent care of our fur babies, and are reasonably priced. In addition, when we had to put one of our older dogs to sleep we were so touched by the compassion that the doctor and all of the staff showed to our dog CJ, caring for him as if he was their own. Recently moving to the area we were not sure how difficult it would be to find a vet office that would be a good fit for our dog. Our Great Dane is petrified of going to the vet office and coming from the north it is very hard to find an office that is patient and understanding of each pets needs. The staff are very nice and kind. They knew exactly how to handle our dogs needs. They had me bring him a side door that leads directly into an exam room to avoid the waiting room. Dr. Emily, Amy, and the whole staff were wonderful when I had to put my best friend down. The attention paid to Ollie and me was kind and compassionate. I can't thank them enough for making what was an awful experience into a bearable one. Their compassion and attention to detail allowed my last minutes with Ollie to be very special. His passing ended up being a treasured memory I will never forget. For that, I thank them.

The ENTIRE staff from start to finish is absolutely amazing!! Sarah & Dr.Emily are heaven sent. I was extremely nervous going in due to a past experience but everyone there is so kind, knowledgeable & patient. My pup got exactly what he needed & is already visibly feeling so much better. Thank you SO much East West!! You guys are seriously the best ❤️
