We have been bringing our cat, Professor, to East West for about a year. The staff is always really polite and extremely helpful. Dr. Emily has gone above and beyond for Professor multiple times. I would highly recommend them!

We first used them with our beloved Iguana, the doctors and staff where amazing Although our beloved Ziggy did pass away they made our experience comforting the staff made are Ziggy's footprint in clay which was very comforting knowing that they were so caring at the time of his death. Now we use them for our two other fur babies and they were simply amazing they ran tests that were only necessary not trying to sell to make money. My Sadie( Hyper- Vizsla) feels very comfy and at home when she goes to East West. No dragging her in or drugging her she actually likes the staff. that to me means everything *****

Caring and skillful care. I love that East West is there for my Angel. They were also wonderful with my Mitsy, who was definitely a high "personality" cat.

This is the most calm vet environment we have experienced. Very thorough and caring.
Staff are very respectful, great care with my dog and they run a great facility. I would love to go back but I don't trust one of the staff members. They charged me but I never got my medication for my dog. She uses drugs and she has a temper. If there comes a time when she doesn't work there no longer I will bring my dog back.
