I have 4 Dogs and we always were a patient of another vet in town. One of my dogs got extremely sick and they refused to see him that day. I called East West and they were able to see us immediately. My dog had pancreatitis and got the treatment he needed that day. I will forever be thankful for the Dr and staff. All my dogs now go to East West and we couldn’t be happier.
I received a card from you guys yesterday - You have no idea how much I appreciated that you spelled my Pumkin kitty's name right. Thank you so much for being so great during a time that was truly one of the hardest things I've had to do. I'm confident you guys are the right choice for our family. Aloha.
I have always had nothing but a pleasant experience at this place. The Doctors seriously care about the animals and do not rip you off and bring you around the ringer. I thought I had an emergency appointment today and they fit me right in (turns out my dog is dramatic). I highly recommend this vet. I have been referred to another vet in Cape Coral that had great reviews and it was a horrible experience. Not the case with East-West! Thanks to all the staff!
The staff at East West is always so friendly and accommodating. They take such good care of my fur babies and follow up with me to give test results or just to see how the patient is doing. Dr Emily has gone above and beyond with several of my cats and has even cried with me when it was their time to go. You can tell all of the staff really cares about your pets by the way they take the time to greet them, pet them and talk to them. East West is the best!
What wonderful staff! Dr. Crafton is just so personable and professional. After an emergency visit for our old man Bernie one Sunday evening, we promptly changed our vet(big box store) after 10 years.
