I took my daughter once and wasn’t satisfied with the doctor she was referred to so I called to schedule with another doctor I thought would be a better fit and was told we couldn’t switch doctors. Now I have to look for another pediatric neurologist hours away to get the care I know my daughter deserves.
RecommendedWorking here is like having a huge family! ETCH cares about each and every child who comes through our doors no matter what their need may be. Wouldn’t want to work anywhere else!
RecommendedMy 1 year old son has visited ETCH twice since he was born. Both times he received excellent care. It’s a 45 min drive for me, but I’m not a fan of my local ER. ETCH’s ER is so great. The wait is a little long, but worth it to me. The first time I went, my son was breastfeeding. The lady at the front offered me a room to feed him and wait in since he was 2 weeks old at the time.
