After leaving my 14 year old son in the emergency room waiting room for over an hour with his hands, and legs blue and having chest pain we signed out and left and went straight to another hospital and I'm certainly glad we did because my sons EKG came back abnormal and his blood pressure was high. We now have to see a pediatric cardiologist! All of this mess could be avoided if they would take their patients seriously! Children don't just have chest pain and turn blue for no reason! After my experience there with my daughte... read more
when i bring my son they always help me they have nice staff.
Worst experience ever in a children’s hospital. They have no idea how to treat a child with the flu with t1d. We were 8 hours away from home unfortunately but we got out of there as soon as we could. This hospital is so dysfunctional. I hope no one has to deal with the things we had to deal with at our stay.
actually see the kids with no health insurance
My son was in there today for an EEG. He was incredibly nervous walking in there today (even though this wasn't his first EEG) but the staff immediately began making him feel comfortable. Everyone from the front desk people to Lilly the dog, to the amazing woman administering the test, made him feel completely loved and at ease. Thank you all SO much.
very awesome place trust them with all my heart 💓
On a family vacation and 3 year old daughter came down with staph pneumonia. We took her to the ER and got transferred to this hospital. This is the most amazing hospital I have been in. My daughter had surgery with Carlos Angel and he was awesome. The nurses the doctors all the staff here have been nothing by kind, understanding, caring and very informative. I feel like everything in life happens for a reason and we ended up here because it was meant to be. I’m so thankful to all of you who are involved with my daughter Cha... read more
I loved everything about this hospital! They treated me and my son like family always there when we needed something and kept me informed of my sons progress and let me know what was going on at all times which means a lot to me because the last hospital we were a few weeks before this one did not keep us informed at all.
As a nurse, I feel confident recommending this hospital after experiencing outstanding service in the ER. While traveling out-of-state, our daughter became suddenly ill and we headed straight here. After a very short wait, she was taken straight to triage and then quickly to a room, where the doctor arrived within minutes. Everyone was kind, compassionate, and understanding, all while giving thorough, outstanding care to my daughter. From start to finish, it was less than 2hrs and my daughter was on her way back to being her... read more
