wonderful staff!! they were quick to make sure my baby was ok and took very great care of her! the nurses are very attentive to our needs. amazing hospital!
My daughter seen Dr. Craig today, and let me just tell you.. she was amazing, every staff member there was. There was a volunteer named James (I believe) that went above and beyond to get us where we needed to be. Dr. Craig was so good to my little girl and before she left the room she said something along the lines of "thank you for letting me care for you today." like it was her pleasure and not just another patient that she HAD to see. Nothing but good things to say for all the staff working there!
They are the best place for my kids ever!!!
I don't know where to start. I love how friendly the staff is, I have 4 children and at one point or another they have all had to stay overnight, no matter what is going on you all make the families feel like they are the most important thing/ top priority. so I want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone working at children's hospital regardless of if you personally help take care of one of my children thank you for all the hard work you do everyday
my son stayed here on 4th floor and the nurse he had was awesome lori Beth malcolm and joe just to name the ones he got attached to and one nurse I didnt get her name srry for that but they are friendly and helpful thank u and dr Vaughn for helping my child in a difficult time
I work here and it is the most amazing place ever. The staff is amazing and we are one big family.
In both experiences I’ve had with ETCH, I’ve found them to be extremely professional and compassionate. Our last stay was 2 days, and I was so impressed with how comfortable the rooms are and how many services are offered to keep the kids’ spirits up. The staff was kind and all the volunteers were as well. We are so fortunate to have this resource in our community!
