I really don't like taking my Lil one here from the day she was in the NICU... to small appointments like yesterday at a ultrasound we've seen some rude nurses and the lady at the front desk when we had questions was Ruble answering and then did hlep us find where we need to be....show up a few minutes late when we finally found the place the three nurses behind the window your disrespectful and very rude
Well I took my son last night and kinda freaked when 2 grown me came busting in trying to get back to the doc..
Our son was on vacation with some family friends in Tennessee this past weekend and had to have emergency surgery... The staff at East Tennessee Children's Hospital I have to say are just AMAZING!!!! They not only kept us updated on everything they had to do while we were on the road from SC to Tennessee to be with him, they took unbelievable care of our blue haired boy! We were here visiting my cousin's baby & we were so welcomed by each staff member we came in contact with. They went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable & had everything we needed while we were in the NICU waiting area. We were impressed with the friendly, professional staff & the cleanliness of the hospital. Top-notch hospital who truly cares for their patients & their families! Angels on Earth if you ask me! 😇
My daughter has visited the ER here twice, the first time She was sent via ambulance from a local hospital and the second time we were told by our pulmonary dr to bring her... both times we ended up with the same ER DR and she was terrible, she was rude, didn't take any of our concerns into consideration and basically made us feel stupid for being there, she ended up being admitted the first time and sent home the second. We do however see many specialist here and they are wonderful but definitely wouldn't recommend the emer... read more
Everyone was really nice and helpful but the nurses working in the morning were very loud outside our room knowing we hadnt had any sleep
Unfortunately the wait was extremely long but we had a very good experience with the staff and the Dr.s
All the staff is very caring and loving to the needs of the child and family.
