All of the staff members were extremely nice and helpful, making our visit less intimidating with a 2 week old infant needing tests done.
My daughter has been at ETCH for almost a week now. She had an emergency surgery Monday and had received the most outstanding care from everyone. The doctors, nurses, and support staff not only concentrate on her health but on the whole family whole we are there. I couldn't ask for a better hospital to be dealing with her illness!
It was our first stay here. Everyone on my son's team was amazing. I didn't feel like he was just another patient to them. They made him feel comfortable when he was hurting and cheered him on as he got better. Thank you for your help.
