Amazing friendly and wonderful staff! So thankful for the kindness especially when your child needs emergency surgery! This momma needed comfort and the staff eased some worry and comforted my boy! Thank you!!!
My son just had a procedure. Each and every nurse and Dr went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable. We met all the nurses , the nurse anesthesiologist, the anesthesiologist , and his Dr. They all came to make sure we knew everything that would happen. They even let us know he was under and he was fine. Afterwards they all were so nice and accommodating. They even called the next day to make sure he was ok. I don't have a single bad thing to say :)
they have always toke such good care of my Grand daughter Isabella Franklin ever time she has been there and she has been there all though her child hood And they are now taking care of my great granddaughter who is their right now she had surgery today.And they also toke great care of my little great grandson when he was born they have been a like a God sent to this family! The Best!❤️ I would not take my children anywhere else for surgeries the whole staff are amazing and concentrate on the needs of the children to make them at ease and comfortable Ty Dawn,Tanner and Katie on the surgery after 4th floor.
My 17 year old son has had the best experiences at ETCH since Dec.21, 2016 when he was diagnosed with Testicular Cancer. From the laboratory technicians, Radiology Staff, Dr. Susan Spiller, Dr. David Riden, pre-op/post op staff, anesthesiologists, Pulimonary Staff, Oncology Floor nurses, Oncolocy/Hematology Clinic Staff, Oncology Chaplain, Oncology Social Workers, hopsital volunteers, and even cleaning staff- everyone has gone above and beyond. Our daughter was admitted to the PICU after a heart arrythmia caused her near drowning. Everyone we came in contact with was wonderful. They treated Olivia like she was the only patient they had. The two nurses we had in PICU, Olivia and Elizabeth, were amazing and just saying thank you to them doesn't seem to be enough. We will forever remember these two special ladies as well as the rest of PICU/ER staff. Our daughter is doing much better now and we are just so thankful for that. We had to wait a little bit before getting back to a room, but not too long. Once we got back a nurse immediately came in and seen us. The doctor came in twice checking on our two month old. All the nurses and xray techs were amazing. We had a great experience and they gave excellent care to our 2 mth old

We were here 5/17/17 myself and my 4yr old for a minor dental surgery and I could not be more impressed with just how great the nurses and staff were with my 4 yr old and myself. what they all do is truly amazing �
