Our Oncologist Dr. Hamm is an amazing Doctor. We are truly thankful to her for giving my Charlie Grace the best care. Her team of Nurses are so friendly and upbeat. I wasn't always the easiest Mama to deal with and they were still always so very kind to me. We are forever grateful for this team.

We just got home yesterday after spending a week in East Tennessee Children’s Hospital! Everyone from the doctors to the child life people were excellent. It’s hard to be in a hospital with a 5 month old by yourself. They helped me anyway they could. Child life even came and sit with my baby so I could go eat because I had been forgetting to eat. It’s hard to remember that when consumed with a sick baby!!! Thank you ETCH for everything you guys did for us!!!!
when you bring your child to a childrens hospital you expect they will be treated by top notch pediatric specialists that work for your hospital not a doctor that sees both kids and patients and is associated with a different hospital. my sons surgery was not successful and then the surgeon wanted to do the same surgery again!!! when I called to cancel the office was rude. Cora is absolutely horrible, she treated us like we don’t even belong in a hospital. We’ve never gone through an experience like this, she treated my autistic son so indifferently and talked to me with an attitude.All my son asked for was a high five!! I’ll be calling higher ups for the unfair treatment displayed here, and will share with fellow moms in our area. I’m not sure how Cora got her job here since she seems like she cannot stand children and acts rude towards autistic children.

We are from NJ and we were ending our vacation in the Smoky Mountains on Saturday and our daughter wasn’t feeling well. Instead of driving home, we decided to get her checked out at the ER bc we were worried it may be her appendix. Sure enough, she had an emergency appendectomy on Saturday afternoon. She received excellent care from the ER, to surgery, to recovery. Please pass along my family’s thanks to everyone who was working Saturday in the ER, Radiology and Surgery! We are home now and our daughter is recovering well.

Exceptionally rude staff. They like to pick and choose which safety laws to follow pertaining to covid. Two parents can’t be in the same room even with masks on and maintaining social distance? Fine. But if you’re going to escort the father of someone’s child out due to safety reasons, make sure you do the same to the people in the lobby who wear their masks as chin straps mouth breathing on everyone.
Amazing group of people. Our son is terrified of doctors and needles but he said all the nurses and doctors there were so nice and sweet to him that he wasn't even afraid. Thank you for going above and beyond!
