Lovely and relaxing spa/gym, the staff were very welcoming.
I unfortunately had a disappointing experience when I attended in January. When I arrived, the spa had no record of my booking and I had to prove that I had paid already which wasn't the best start to what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. I also stated on my original booking and on the medical form that I didn't want my feet touched but this was ignored throughout my appointment which led to me feeling quite tense and uneasy and I felt too awkward to bring it up since I had already informed them about it twice ahead... read more
