I searched every pool store in Virginia Beach for a missing part to my pool filter. Finally I came across Ryan from East Coast Leisure. He was so helpful and really went above and beyond. My filter was running great the same day! They have gained a new loyal costumer.
Along with a list of wrong info I was given, the biggest was the promise that the pool would be here in two weeks. To give some wiggle room I gave three weeks before I planned for installation and deck being built. I wanted the pool and deck up for my daughters graduation. Now after waiting two weeks they are saying that it takes up to four weeks. the guys who came and installed my hot tub (Roman & Derek Jr) were very thorough and explained all the maintenance needed and did a great job making the hot tub look perfect! thank you to them and Todd I highly recommend This place over anywhere else!

Purchasing our pool was easy. We thought we had a problem with the pump a month into installing our pool. We were told to bring it in. As soon as my husband got there, he was greeted by the staff and immediately diagnosed the problem. Turns out, it was user error and the filter just needed to be cleaned. Went home and did exactly what we were told to fix it and we were back up and running again.
