Bought a Mira spa from East Coast and at first I was happy with it. Within a few weeks, the headrests started to lose the "gray". They were gray to match the spa. Not only was it peeling off, it stuck to my skin. My wife had to scrub it off with finger nail polish remover. Went in to speak to them and get my water checked, and the water was slightly acidic (like 6.6 instead of 7.2). I was told that this is what caused the peeling. Very happy with pool closing & installation of new cover. Guys knew what they were doing & we're very professional with their work.
Todd and his crew really take care of you. 4 years after install and they still have great customer service!
