Poor Customer Service/Poor Communication Owner thinks he’s too important to take customer calls directly. He thinks he’s running $* ******* company. Ordered Deck furniture late spring they told us they indicated 4 to 6 weeks. They should’ve said 4 to 6 months actually it took nearly 3months to get them the items. Just had East Coast Leisure installation replacement pool cover. They quoted a competitve price and delivered on schedule. Installation was quick and the cover fits perfectly. Renee kept us up to date on delivery and was pleasant to work with. Would use this company again without hesitation. Tom Moran
I would really like the owner of this company to call me. I have a hot tub that was made during 2020 during Covid and all of the insides are rotting and coming out through all of the jets I have already spoken to the people on the sales team there and nobody is really willing to help

I spoke to Ms. **** today. We are scheduling a service call. The tech will inspect the spa with her present, to identify the cause of her concerns so we can resolve them.
The manager Todd was knowledgeable about hot tubs and did a great job helping with choosing which tub was right for me but the following is why I feel they only deserve one star. 1. They sell you a "package deal" with the accessories you choose so all of the money on the invoice is under the hot tub. The accessories are listed but marked as no charge so if you do not want any of the items you can return them but cannot get any money back if you return them even though they could still sell them and get money for them. 2. I have spoken to the people that were involved in Mr. ******** purchase and delivery. The product that Mr ******* wished to return is part of a package and we do not break parts of the package out for refunds, however in an effort to come to a resolution, we would be open to offering an in store credit for the **** which is the what we consider the to be the itemized discounted value of that piece of equipment in the package. I have been attempting to obtain a refund for a pool that I purchased due to lack of yardage to water that I was told I had room to place it.

I spoke to Ms. ********** sales associate Steve **** and he communicated with Ms. ******* that we could not take the pool back as the boxes have been outside since March (the refund request was made in the last 10 days) and the pool could no longer be sold as new. Steve requested that she take a picture of the boxes so that we could asses the condition and potentially offer a refund with a restocking fee that would offset the loss. July 2020 I signed a contract with Store Manager Ryan to install a fiberglass pool. I requested several times to have someone come out to our property to put eyes on our project to say everything would work before I started rearranging our yard. Once the crane operator came out to our site and said it would be no problem. So with that we prepared our yard for the pool installation. We relocated all out trees and plants. Mr ****, I spoke to Derek, and I truly apologies for the time that it took to come to this conclusion. He was hoping that we could make this happen, but after speaking with the crane operators again, he felt that it was too much of a risk. This is a judgement call and he took into consideration that it would not be a popular one with the customer, but we have to stick by this decision.
RecommendedI had my InGround Fiberglass FreeForm Salt Water Swimming Pool installed in August of 2014. The entire crew did an amazing job. The customer service team is always helpful when needed for water tests and supplies. I have recommended East Coast Leisure many, many times and will continue to do so. Christian & Linda always go above and beyond.
