Buyer beware when shopping at East Coast Leisure. Their price on a Kamado Joe Big Joe was $2000, a good $600 more than the same product at Costco. Products are able to be returned within three days for a store credit only. My fault for not paying attention to the fine print, and they were not willing to price match or even help out with such a big disparity whatsoever. As a new homeowner, my backyard will get furnished somewhere else. Terrible return policy. Lesson learned.
On time delivery of hot tub, Red and Roman were very professional and helpful insuring we got the tub exactly right in its new home. Thanks guys!
My hot tub is Jacuzzi that I purchased 12 years ago and it has given me great service. All parts and yearly service as well as repairs have been done by them exclusively. Their attentional detail and knowledgeable staff give the best customer service available and I recommend them to everyone.
I love my Mira hot tub that I purchased at East Coast Leisure last month. It has foot, back, and shoulder jets plus bluetooth speakers so I can relax to my favorite music. The show room, sales team, and delivery crew are all professional and made my shopping experience and purchase easy. The prices were also excellent. I highly recommend East Coast Leisure.

East Coast Leisure is easy to deal with, family oriented and gives quality customer service. We had to wait 6-weeks for our install, but it was because of rain or frigid temperatures not anything that the company did. My project is the one in the time lapse video posted on 2/27/18 and is going great. The crew worked on a Saturday to dig the hole and installed the pool in one day. They will finish up the remaining connections tomorrow. I could not ask for a better group of people to do business with and have recommended them ... read more
