Ryan is awesome. He worked with us to purchase a pool at the price we wanted. Then when we had a factory problem, he and his staff worked on the part right there in the store and repaired it the same day. Wonderful group to do business with. They are there to please; and we are very pleased!
Kevin is phenomenal. He helped us pick out our outdoor kitchen and fire table. He took the time to listen to our vision and found the perfect match. He and the installation crew were professional and truly cared about the product set up as if they were installing it at their own home. Thank you!!

This week I was rebuilding my pool Challenger pool Pump, and motor, I quickly learned I needed a new face plate. I walked into East Coast Leisure, Hot Tub Repair Service at , 2584 Horse Pasture Rd, Virginia beach. They searched high and low for the part I needed, found a used one. took it off the old pump. and gave it too me free of charge. That is customer service.!! I have always been a customer there, BUT if you want a company who cares about the people. give them a try!!
