I have gone in 3 separate times with the intention of purchasing an in ground pool. The first time a guy in a cubicle was on the phone and never acknowledged I was there, 2 and 3rd time I stood in the show room for over 5 minutes and no one came out to help me. Terrible customer service!
I purchased pool from them 2 years ago. When I need help they are always friendly and took care of it.
These reviews are a great way to decide what company I will be using for a backyard makeover & pool install. I realize some people do not want to post names of employees they have had trouble w/, but for me, it tells me who may be more knowledgeable & who will go the extra mile for a customer. If the employee barks back at a customer, phone calls & emails are not returned in a timely matter it ways heavily on my decision.
