I highly recommend this company for all of your pool services! They are absolutely wonderful. The two gentlemen that helped us set up our hot tub today, Red and Marick, were very knowledgeable and showed me just what to do to maintain the quality of our new tub and pool. Everyone should be calling this company!! I will be sticking with them for all my hot tub and pool needs. Thank you East Coast Leisure for everything!!
They’re always so friendly and helpful! Doesn’t matter if you just need your water checked for free or you’re spending 3000$ they treat you like family 😊 I would never think about walking into any other pool store.

Needed replacement trap lid for Waterway pool motor. The one I was sold was dirty and looked old but was told that was what I needed. Online it says lid 319-3260 has been replaced with 319-4100. Your salesman did not seem to know anything about that. I ask questions about cartridge tank having air and water not coming but about 1/3 of the way up but didn’t offer to many suggestions as to what would cause that. Usually a little more helpful.
Bought our pool package from them 5 years ago and buy all our maintinence supplies from them. Don’t buy from WalMart or inferior stores. East Coast has the real products and knowledgeable staff members. When we bought our pool, it was completed and being filled by the time I got out of work. This was on a 100 degree day! Thanks again East Coast Leisure of Chesapeake 👍🏻
