RecommendedHad a hot tub problem thought pump was gone. Chad came out called me at work to explain that pump didn't need replacing and he had it up and running. He also went up and beyond as to check a couple of other small concerns I had, He was able to fix the problems then and there. So nice to work with a family owned company that won't nickel and dime you too death and in fact saved me from a BIG repair bill... Thanks guys
I’ve had nothing but issues since I bought a pool from the Newport News location ... 1st you pay for the pool . Pricey but that’s ok as our vacation was canceled this year . They lead you to believe you pay and that’s it . An above ground pool will be up and running in 1-2 weeks . Uh that’s a LIE ! the technician that came to replace a bad pump motor was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. he answered my questions, explained things about treating my spa in a way that I could understand them all while doing his work. and checked everything to make sure all was working correctly. Very professional
