They did several jobs for us well, and they're polite, friendly people. But the last job was to resurface our drive. Because we trusted them, we paid them £1740 before we realised that they'd simply poured some tar and chips on it. Some stuck, most didn't. Weeds are growing from the same old cracks. It's a mess. We've been asking them to repair it for months, and we've asked for a refund - nothing. Pity - an otherwise good company that's stolen our £1740 and refuses to do anything about it.
Would have been nice if they had bothered to turn up for the appointment made!! Even a 'sorry we couldn't make it' would have done! Went elsewhere.
Had a retaining wall built and was very happy with the work done by the team and kept well up to date with progress.
Very impressed with their service level, from quoting right through to the finished job, I couldn't be happier. I contacted several building companies and Hayley was the only one who replied. They came when agreed and started within two weeks. Their standard of work is very high and I'm so happy with the results. I would definately recommend this small family business. EAS Ltd have just completed a large house extension for us, comprising kitchen, bedroom/study, bathroom, and patio area. High quality of craftmanship from a small dedicated team. Work schedule was agreed and adhered to, and build progress was maintained throughout the period, with the team operating on a 07.30am - 17.00pm basis when on site (weather permitting).
