Amazing, friendly efficient service. We had unexpected problem with our VW t4. We arrived with no appointment, were treated helpfully, the fault was inspected and part ordered in around 20 minutes. Next day the part arrived, fitted and issue resolved and we were on our way. So big thanks to the helpful and skilled staff at Eames. Very highly recommended 👍

This was my first time using Eames. I called late on a Friday afternoon looking to book my car in for repairs, expecting to be told ok bring it in next week. They invited me down straight away and within half an hour they had taken a look, made sure the car was safe to drive and ordered in the part they needed. After the weekend I brought it in to have the part fitted and it was done before I finished my bacon roll! Amazing service and really friendly and professional guys - thank you!

Friendly. Helpful. Professional. Turbo booster of my Ford SMax (Swiss registration plates) broke down and I parked it in front of the garage. The story is obvious. Mr Eames looked through the windows at his parking area (probably lots of cars that are scheduled to be fixed) and took a breath: "We will look at it." They ordered the parts. The next day they fixed it in 30 minutes. Just perfect. The Ford dealer I was seeing before looked at his desktop computer (probably all red) and said: "We can look at it. Next month."
