Great work outs! Awesome trainers! Love it!
I've only been training with these guys for 2 weeks, but I am so motivated to get out of bed every morning at 5:30 (which I NEVER do) and get my ass handed to me at the gym. It's the highlight of my day. And everyone that works here is extremely friendly and motivating, which is not like most gym environments. If you're looking for an awesome gym/ community to give you motivation to change your body and your mind in ways you never thought you could, you should give e3 a try!
