Since joining e3 in mid 2015, I have lost over 50lbs and found a new level of fitness that I didn't think was possible at my age. The coaches at e3 genuinely care about the athletes and spend a lot of time ensuring that everyone has a safe, productive and fun workout. The patrons/athletes are a great group of people too, they are friendly, encouraging and fun to workout with... zero intimidation factor, just all around a great place to whip you ass into the best shape of your life, come check it out!
I am a physical therapist and own a clinic that refers to E3 for strength training. They have an excellent program that addresses strength, stability, and flexibility. And I like getting my own butt kicked by them!
Rock solid workouts, high energy, and positive peer and coach motivation define this gym. In 3 months, I feel 10 years younger. I can't wait to see how I feel in 3 more months! As a girl whose done adventure racing, figure competing, tris, and 1/2 marathons...I can truly say this gym will push your limits and get you ready for anything...including bikini season. Bring It On!!
