The man who runs this place is a total jerk. I don’t even go here and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere near him. E3 is in a courtyard with other retail spots and he patrols the parking lot at 4:45am to see who is violating parking. (I use the retail spots there). Not only this, he puts 5x7 VIOLATION stickers on the drivers side windshield that do not come off which is not only immature but also dangerous for a driver. Amazing place full of energetic people dedicated to fitness and wellness. Plus the cycling there is fantastic!
Most amazing trainers! They change the classes often so you don’t hit a plateau- you always have a new workout. They inspire you with a motivational speech before each session and push you harder when you think you cant go any further. I’ve tried many trainers, workout videos, yoga, orange theory and other gyms and nothing compares to the atmosphere and the results you will see at E3! Love this place!
I didn’t take a class or formally workout here, I was here for a TRX qualification course! Facility is clean, well maintained, lots of motivation everywhere! If I lived closer to Denver, this would be my gym!
