Hands down, hardest workout i've ever done! Went by fast and i felt great afterwards!
My first day was today and I want to thank everyone at E3 Fitness for the strength to help me finish my goal and for believing in me. You guys rock and I cannot wait until my class tomorrow for more ass whooping!!!

Efficient. Fun. Purposeful. After trying cross fit, corepower and classic gyms, e3 is by far the best.
Great people, great coaches, great place! I started in January, 2014. I'm in my late 40's, and I feel better than I did in my 30's.
Thanks for making my a** sore after every workout! It's great to be surrounded by people that are so passionate about what they do!
